Roger D. Hyman

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Roger D. Hyman, Managing Partner of General Knox Law.

Roger practiced law in Tennessee for more than four decades. Since earning his law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1984, he represented clients in courtrooms throughout Tennessee, tried more than one hundred jury trials, and appeared before Tennessee's appellate courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Roger was also a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 listed civil and family mediator and regularly shared his knowledge with fellow attorneys and professionals through conferences and continuing legal education.

Throughout his career, Roger was known for his experience, dedication to his clients, and commitment to the practice of law. We are grateful for his many years of service, leadership, and friendship.

He will be deeply missed.
